Services
aconia GTM provides B2B outbound marketing and sales acceleration services, including Calling Sprints, lead list generation, cold outreach execution, market feedback collection, and dedicated pipeline capacity management. The scope, timeline, and dial volume of your specific program will be governed by the plan chosen at signup (e.g., Calling Sprint, Foundation, Growth, or Scale tiers).
Client Obligations & Approvals
To deliver our services effectively, you agree to cooperate with us in a timely manner.
Approvals: We require tactical alignment and your explicit sign-off on the ideal customer profile (ICP) and the calling script before outreach begins.
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that any product positioning information or company data you provide to us is accurate and compliant with your local industry regulations.
Payments & Subscriptions
One-Time Sprints: Fees for fixed-term Sprints are due in full upfront before list building or dialing commences.
Monthly Retainers: Monthly subscription tiers (Foundation, Growth, Scale) are billed recurringly every month. Service volume resets each billing cycle.
Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds: Because resources, lead research, and dedicated dialing capacity are allocated immediately upon payment, all fees paid for completed or active Sprints and retainer cycles are non-refundable.
Retainer Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly retainer plan at any time prior to your next automated billing cycle to prevent future charges.
Data & Intellectual Property
Our Property: We retain all intellectual property rights in our proprietary campaign methodologies, calling systems, and custom software setups.
Your Property: You retain full ownership of your corporate brand assets, value proposition documents, and the specific lead lists, market feedback notes, and performance data delivered to you during the course of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Outbound sales performance depends heavily on variables such as market conditions, product-market fit, and your team's internal closing processes. While aconia GTM commits to executing outreach with professional diligence, we do not guarantee specific pipeline revenue outcomes or a set number of closed deals. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms to reflect changes in our service offerings or operational workflows. Continued engagement with our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
